Steve Cowell Consulting Ltd. provides construction support expertise for complex, technically challenging tunnels and underground space solutions.

Our founder , Steve Cowell, has 39 years of experience gained whilst working predominantly for main contractors and joint ventures.

Steve is a highly skilled manager familiar with multi-disciplinary projects and developing these through their lifecycle.

In his early career he was a design engineer, resident engineer, tunnelling engineer, tunnels agent and construction manager responsible for several mechanised tunnelling projects in urban locations.

He therefore possesses considerable hands-on experience of tunnelling construction and how this is managed, including knowledge of the relevant tunnelling standards.
